    • Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials

    • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.


2. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • All exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Items returned outside the allowed return or exchange period

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (if applicable)


4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


5. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item was sent by Priority Transport Shop

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


7. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


8. PARTIAL REFUNDS

  • The item is returned damaged due to customer handling

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The item does not fully meet return eligibility requirements


9. LOST OR MISSING RETURN SHIPMENTS

  • Priority Transport Shop is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

  • Returns without valid tracking information may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item reaches us safely.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed.


11. REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Orders refused at delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
